Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

The order will be sent to the address provided by the customer. The order will be sent if possible in a single package through CORREOS, DHL, or failing that, another courier company.

If provided by the courier company, a tracking number will be sent so that the customer can know the status of their shipment.

Orders within the European Union will include VAT in the price, both for the item(s) and for transport.

Shipments are prepared between 2 and 5 business days from payment.

Exchange and return policy

It will be essential to send an email to informing the reason/cause and so that we can also send you instructions.

The return will only be accepted if the original packaging in which the products were received is maintained and provided that they have not been used or mistreated in any way, there is a period of 14 days to make a return from the date of receipt. (in accordance with Art. 44 Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002 of December 2019).


Once the items are received in our warehouse, they will be reviewed and if everything is correct, the payment is made within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt.

In case of not receiving the items in their original packaging or with their labeling as they were sent, the refund of the amount will be canceled.

The return shipping costs will always be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective goods, in which case, the return shipping costs will be borne by SCOOTER PARTS.
